To the one in my group

I saw your blog post and... I know this is late, but is better than nothing. I know if non of us speak something, or even reply to you, our friendship will be over, because I can tell that you are slowly drifting away from us. I've seen these situation over and over again. At the same time, I know non of us will walk up to you, because we are not the type who will talk to you face by face. So I guess is time for me to step up and speak for the rest of us, while I'm behind this screen.

There is nothing to be sorry with being yourself. I can't say for the others, but as your friend and part of the study group member, I can assure you that I (and everyone else in the study group too) don't hate you. Sure you are weird, but aren't all of us weird? Everyone is unique in their own way, an individual of a whole. That's what got us together in the first place, don't you agree?Yes, you drag us down, horribly, but it is our job to pull you up. This is a study group after all, that's what friends are for. We all know you are trying hard to change yourself, but lets be honest here, in our eyes, we see no effort from you. There's a lot of place you could have improve, and we wanted to help you. We did hint you, but you never get the idea, because you are too caught up with your own self that you IGNORE us. Could you at the very least, listen to us?

You don't feel sorry for being yourself, you don't feel sorry for not able to appease those around you, because all those sorry you'd said? Is meaningless. Words do nothing, only action does. I'm not the type who keep remembering your mistakes, you are the one who keep giving me the idea of your mistakes, where it comes to the point that it gets stronger and stronger in my memories. All those good things about you? I remember them, but please, do not abuse the good within you. Use them wisely, not blindly. Nobody seems to care? Well we do, you know the one who hated you the most in the group? She actually cares you more than me, than anyone else in the group, but seeing you not progressing at all, it pricks her more than anything. Eventually the pricks became too annoying, and it slowly turned into hatred.

You've came to terms with yourself and acknowledged the fact that you can't change entirely? I'll use Integrity's words for this: Bullsh*t. It takes a lot of willpower to fight yourself for a better change? Well I'll transfer Kindness' words to you: the problem is you don't want to learn. You always think that it's basically not your fault. Remember the time when you said your parents scolded you for wasting your time? You said that your parents is too much. But think about it, you are the one who did not use your time wisely. All you did is to sleep, and talks about Jesus in class, no offence. Have you seen how Bravery has been acting when you are not beside him? He is tired of waking you up every 5 seconds, he is not me, he don't have the perseverance to wake you like how I wake you up in Physics Lab. What was the word my perseverance buddy and Patience said in Chinese? They don't have the eyes to look at you anymore.

Your ignorance has cause most of us to give up on you. Your self-centre issue has ignite our annoyance. But if you would change a little bit more... at least listen to our advise, maybe everyone will treat you the same like before. Please, do not turn your back against us, we just want to help.

Where have my creativity gone to?

Today I open up my laptop, hoping to write something. However, when I put my fingers on the keyboard I realise my mind is blank. I have nothing to write at all, no inspirations, no stories, nothing. Where have my creativity gone to?

I search for my trusty blue book. Its an old notebook that I had for how long? Probably 3 or 4 years, it has been with me ever since I have fallen into the world of words. Inside is full of my handwriting, notes and more notes on every page, filled with my creativeness.

I flip the pages, nothing in the book satisfied me. I want something new, not stories that I had thought before! I read every page carefully, hoping something new will pop up in my mind. Nothing still. Frustrated, I throw the book on the table.

Heads on the keyboard and mind on the other side, searching for my inspiration. Anything works, something, just anything. Hours pass by and not a single word is on the screen. I surrender. Miss Inspiration is so hard to pleased. Maybe I should take some rest.

I went on to my social media and start chatting with one of my group chats. I'd joined too much group chats for the past few days, most of them are Roleplay group chats. Where you act with others as a certain character. Someone is role-playing something about a dream, that reminds me of a dream I had dreamt few days ago. Perhaps I could use those...

Finally having an idea, i immediately switch to my work and starts to type.

10 facts about colours

1. Do you know that blue is the most common favorite color
?
Blue is the most favored color in the world, with purple being a distant second. A whopping 40% of people worldwide would choose blue as their favorite color in playtime poll booth, with purple-lovers lagging way behind at 14%. Though some researchers also suggest that red and green are a close second and third respectively. White, orange, and yellow are some of the least favorite colors.

2. Do you know that red is the first colour that baby recognise? Recent studies have shown that infants as young as 2 weeks of age can already distinguish the color red. Probably because red has the longest wavelength among colors making it the easiest color to process by the developing receptors and nerves in the baby’s eyes.

3. Do you know that Pink soothes the nerves? Pink is the palliative color, commonly used to splash the walls in prisons and mental health care facilities to assist in subduing those who are out-of-control. Apparently, it suppresses anger and anxiety due to its calming effect.  So pink definitely has a useful place and a purpose, other than decorating a prom dress or Barbie’s dream house.

4. Do you know that Yellow + Red = Hunger? No wonder fast food giants like McDonald’s, KFC, Burger King, and many other restaurants wear this color scheme. Researchers says that red and yellow are the most appetizing colors. Having said that, they advice not to paint your kitchen yellow if you’re on a diet, as they are known appetite stimulators. You’ll just end up frustrating yourself after giving in to the temptation. On the other hand, the color blue is the least appetizing color.

5. Do you know that there was a law prohibiting the use of a color? Early use of blue paint was so highly prized that laws existed as to what artists were allowed to paint blue. Jesus and Mary’s robes were usually the only accepted uses of the precious color.

Some people who have this disorder will react strongly to certain shades or tones, while others will try to avoid color altogether. Some signs and symptoms are: nausea, dizziness, shortness of breath, feelings of panic, elevated heart rate and blood pressure, anxiety, light headedness, headache, and trembling. Effective treatment involves methods and techniques that include systematic desensitization and exposure therapy.

7. Do you know that the color yellow can cause nausea? That's why is avoided in airplanes. Also, pure bright yellow is believed to be the most irritating color due to its excessive stimulation to the eye.

8. Do you know that Mosquitoes love blue? When planning to go on a camping adventure, better leave your dark-colored shirts at home unless you’re a mosquito lover. Research shows that mosquitoes are attracted to dark colors especially blue. So instead, wear light colored shirts and  loose fitting long sleeves.

9. Do you know that colours effect beards? It is believed that blonde beards tend to grow much faster than dark beards.

10. Do you know that colour doesn't exist? Yep, you heard it right! Colours is something created by our brains as a side-effect, they are just results when our brain desperately tries to make sense of the overwhelming amount of information it receives from the outer world. So, should you ever find yourself in a heated debate over color combinations with someone you are certain has an IQ below your car’s maximum speed or is just simply colorblind, keep in mind that it is a pointless argument and you should drop it immediately. You’re both wrong. Can you imagine if our brains are not functioning that way? Chances are, our world would probably look like a scene from The Matrix. So hooray for brains!
