On the April of 12, 2016, my English teacher had introduce us a movie that I was suppose to write about it. But I guess I had forgotten, or maybe I was lazy to write. Anyways, it doesn't matter because this wasn't the point of the post.
Freedom Writers was a movie film made in 2007. It was based on a book called 'Freedom Writers' written by a teacher named Erin Gruwell who wrote the story based on a real life situation in a school named Woodrow Wilson Classical High.
The story starts with Erin Gruwell, an enthusiastic new teacher with the passion in teaching. Her enthusiastic was soon challenge when she finds her student are not the 'average college student you meet everyday', fights always breaks out in the classroom and students tends to skip class. However, Teacher Gruwell never gives up on them. In the end she gained her student trust and respect.
Teacher Gruwell is truly a great teacher. She care for her students deeply and was able to create a strong bond with them like no other teachers could. She taught her students to stay true with their heart, thus creating a family the students could ever have.
